What kind of hair do we sell

100% human hair, sourced from India, China, and other Southeast Asian countries. Virgin hair is our standard, good quality hair at a fair price. Our inventory of Raw hair is of high quality and will last through multiple installs when cared for properly.

Shipping Information

We only ship to the U.S.

Our standard/priority shipping is $6.95 which takes 2-3 business days. Our express shipping is $20.00 and it takes 1-2 business days.

If you place an order before 2 pm EST the hair will be shipped the same day and you will receive a tracking number update through email shortly after. But in the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day (Mon.-Fri.)

Return Policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products.

If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us within 10 days for your money back minus shipping if applicable.

Not the style you were looking for and wanted Just send it back to us and order the one you want!  At this time returns have to be refunded. We currently do not exchange orders but, are working to change that soon. 

When sending back please include a copy of your receipt. You would need to return the product back to us within 30 days of its original shipment date.  (30 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Return shipping is the one part that’s on you. The cost is simply taken out of your refund, and original shipping charges aren’t refundable. Sending something worth over $75? Use a trackable service so it reaches us safely. And if your item arrived defective or damaged, that one’s on us, we’ll replace it. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. Orders returned after 30 days will be sent back to the customer.

If it was marked as a gift and shipped straight to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, we refund the gift giver and let them know it came back.
